After preparation is complete, shipments undergo customs clearance procedures and are transported to the destination country.

Step 4: Delivery
After customs clearance in the destination country, shipments are transferred to a local warehouse or delivery partner.

How International Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping fees are typically based on the actual weight of the shipment.
However, for bulky yet lightweight items such as framed artwork, posters, stuffed toys, or promotional displays, dimensional weight (DIM weight) may apply.
DIM Weight Formula
(Length × Width × Height) ÷ 5000 = Chargeable Weight (kg)
If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, shipping charges will be calculated based on the dimensional weight.
